Brazil Brazil. Firearms Referendum 2005

Referendum on Article 35 of the Disarmament Statute (Brazilian Law 10826) which stated that “The sale of firearms and ammunition is prohibited in the entire national territory, except to those entities provided in article 6 of this Law”.
